Membership is a commitment and promotes networking

The Verband Chemiehandel e.V. (VCH) approved our application and VMP joined the VCH as a full member on 1 June 2016. The VCH represents the interests of the chemical industry and sees its role primarily as an information and service point for its members. The traditional themes are storage and handling of chemicals, along with the associated legislation and regulations.

"Our membership in the VCH helps us to develop our network within the chemical sector. I am looking forward to contributing our knowledge to the Domestic Trade and Life Science working groups," explains Gerhard Meinel, VMP's CEO, “and, furthermore, I am confident that membership will support our activities with regard to obtaining future certifications."

By becoming a member, VMP Chemiekontor underscores its commitment to comply with the "Chemical industry guidelines on the safe handling and marketing of chemicals and public information“ and also to participate actively in the Responsible Care programme.
